We are searching for TOP PHONE SALES TALENT for Medical Phone Sales Fronter – REMOTE POSITION

Commission Only Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Fronter to join our private pay medical practice. The Sales Fronter will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, and providing information about our medical services and CLOSING initial patient sign ups to get started. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. They should also be self-motivated, and have a strong sales background.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Selling services to prospective patients
  • Having a strong work ethic, communication, inter-personal skills and an ability to close and maintain business
  • The ability to excel within a team environment while running an independent book of business
  • High volume calling to our own generated leads through various channels including cold-calling, email campaigns, and referrals
  • Contact potential clients and schedule appointments for them to meet with our medical providers
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure leads are being nurtured
  • Communicate with potential clients about our medical services and the benefits of our private pay model
  • Work with our administrative team to coordinate client appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities in our CRM system

Candidates should also posses:

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Strong time management skills and practicesFocus, persistence, motivation and train-ability.
  • Speak English clearly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work 30 HR a week minimum
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical sales environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
