Job Description

Our growing company has an opening for a full-time, Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO) that will allow you to showcase and sharpen your SEO skills, while learning new and exciting digital marketing strategies and tactics. We are looking for a passionate individual with the drive and confidence to mix past experience with the knowledge that we are willing to provide and become a valuable member of our team.

  • When reading an article on a website, you instinctively come up with ways in which the page and its content could be improved;
  • You are self-taught, you learn fast and you appreciate the value of research;
  • You have an excellent understanding of the English language, and your English-speaking level is at least Upper Intermediate;
  • You love SEO and you are eager to learn more about how it works and what are the latest updates;
  • You are responsible, reliable and you are looking for a job where you can grow for a long time;
  • You are a critical thinker;
  • You have time management skills and you take responsibility for your work
  • It’s easy for you to understand how users interact with web pages and what they might like and dislike about their experience;
  • You are aware that results will only show if you put in the hard work, and you are willing to do so;

  • You find solutions to problems, and not the other way around;
  • You are self-aware and you’re always prepared to grow;


  • Familiarized with SEO practices, website architecture, content, linking etc;
  • Previous work experience as an SEO Specialist or a similar Digital Marketing role is a must;
  • An understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices;
  • Problem-solving and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of different Content Management Systems, HTML and CSS is a plus;
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a quick-paced environment;
  • Fast-learner, self-motivated and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously;

Main responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze and audit websites through detailed written documentation, while identifying areas that require improvement and change, from an SEO perspective;
  • Use specific SEO tools to perform various types of relevant research, and structure and deliver your findings and recommendations through well documented reports;
  • Develop SEO content strategies, backlinks audits and keyword research;
  • Perform keywords and link toxicity analysis, competitor research, web traffic analysis, content quality control and content plans, ranking and brand monitoring,
  • Continuously work on self-improvement, while researching new trends. Stay informed and propose new strategies;
  • Work closely with other departments in order to create deliverables.
