We are looking for10 Senior MS Dynamics 365 Financial developer level 3-5 for our customer in Copenhagen (Denmark).

The scope of the assignment: The scope of the assignment is 100%. Planned start in autumn 2024 and expected to last between 6-12 months.

Location: Copenhagen (Denmark) 100% remote work.

The customer is looking for 10 Senior MS Dynamics 365 Financial Developer. They will work on developing and customizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, which is part of the Dynamics 365 platform at the customer.

Their role is crucial to ensure that business processes in finance and accounting work smoothly and efficiently through the use of Dynamics 365.

Experience and Skills:

• You SHOULD have extensive experience and expertise within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials.
• You SHOULD have a good understanding of both technical and business aspects of finance.
• You SHOULD have an ability to lead and implement complex system solutions.
• You SHOULD be at a level 3 – level 5 in experience.

Language: English – You should be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills: You should have a professional attitude and be able to communicate effectively.

Travel: No travel is required for this role.

Level 3 Knowledge:

• High competence in the field. Experience of 4-8 years as a consultant in the relevant field.
• You are a role model for other consultants at a lower level.
• You have been at level 2 for at least 2 years.
• Management: You take responsibility for a sub-area and can lead a smaller group.

Level 4 Knowledge:

• High generalist competence, or very high competence in an area.
• Experience: You have participated in large assignments in various fields and carried out assignments with very high quality. This level is normally reached after 9-12 years as a consultant in the field at the earliest. You have been at level 3 for at least 2 years.
• Management: Takes primary responsibility for management of a larger group. Independence: High

Level 5 Knowledge:

• Competence of the highest rank, perceived as an expert/guru in the market.
• Experience: (as level 4) but has been at level 4 for at least 3 years.
• Management: Has great experience working in a leadership positions. Independence: High
