Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service support to Norwegian speaking clients in various inquiries.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and promotional offers to assist customers effectively.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance targets and metrics.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken), with excellent English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable using various digital communication platforms and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
