Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Norwegian for IT-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
- Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in the IT field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with IT products and services is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage technical inquiries
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
