As a Norwegian Technical Support Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, ensuring every customer receives the support they need.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of solutions provided
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product information, services, and company policies
• Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen technical mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Familiarity with software, hardware, and basic networking concepts
