The Role:

As an Operations Manager your responsibilities will be varied and will mainly consist of:

  • Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing Dry Cleaners
  • Ensuring/helping Dry Cleaners meet ihateironing standards
  • Training Dry Cleaners on ihateironing systems and processes
  • Supporting our partner dry cleaners to grow their businesses
  • Ad hoc project work

You’ll also have a varied work environment with; 3+ days a week for on-site visits and the remaining days split between the office and home.

Requirements

You should apply if:

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience in a similar role
  • You have 2 years + experience managing people (direct reports, franchisees or contractors)
  • Have a knowledge of and understanding of small growing business and the challenges they face
  • You are willing/able to visit Dry Cleaners around London and beyond on a regular basis
  • You are firm but fair when having to ensure quality/performance standards are met
  • You are a great verbal communicator with the ability to both understand others and be clear and compelling in delivering your own points
  • You have excellent written communication skills
  • No previous experience of dry cleaning/laundry required
