Position Name: P2P Procure To Pay Help desk Analyst
The role of the P2P Support Center Analyst is to provide Service Desk assistance to internal and external customers regarding financial applications and processes. As Single Point of Contact (SPOC) the analyst will be responsible for the resolution, SLAs, KPIs, VOC, documentation and triage of incidents and other support requests for customers based in various countries.
Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Provide prompt finance service desk support and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions using designated Service Management tool.
- Escalate issues appropriately and connect with back-office teams (e.g., invoice processing, payments, vendor master) to resolve various cases efficiently.
- Keep incident tickets updated daily and ensure proper management of the system through available communication channels.
- Take ownership of personal development by identifying training needs and proactively discussing them with supervisors; alert leadership about necessary updates to training materials (Onenote, Help Articles).
- Notify leadership of performance issues, at-risk KPIs, and sensitive cases requiring urgent attention; lead market communications by preparing relevant issues and ensuring follow-up on open actions.
- Analyze accounts, prepare reports for decision-making, conduct supplier reconciliations per internal guidelines, and assist clients with evacuating queries for effective information handling.

Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Finance or related degree highly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous P2P and or service desk experience preferably in a shared service environment.
- SAP experience.
