We’re looking for an experienced Partner Sales Engineering Director to join our Partner Business Global Systems Integrator team. Reporting to the Senior Partner Sales Engineering Director, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the partner sales engineering team.
  • Refine and scale the partner engineering processes such as champion development, practice building, service offer creation, and sales engagement.
  • Engage with partner senior technical leadership on strategic programmes.
  • Lead from the front with the capability to develop and deliver solution overviews and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal departments and contribute to product development or enhancements to existing products to product management function.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • More than 10 years of experience in partner engineering, sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 5 years managing and directing a team.
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
