Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage B2B affiliations, forge partnerships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry, and drive referral business for Revpanda. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gambling, B2B sales, affiliate management and a proven track record of successfully cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for B2B affiliations in iGaming, including partnerships with operators, software providers, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients to leverage networks, secure referrals, and cultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Maintain listings and visibility on Revpanda’s platforms, coordinating marketing efforts targeting B2B audiences
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities and optimize the affiliate program
  • Conduct market research for quality services in iGaming and seamlessly onboard new partnerships
  • Organize marketing activities with partners post-agreement signing to maximize collaboration

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a focus on B2B sales and partnerships
  • Deep understanding of affiliate program creation and optimization
  • Ability to create and adjust the right partnership according to the other side strengths and needs
  • Good analytical skills
  • Advanced level English – spoken, reading, and writing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in other marketing roles – an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming landscape and key players in the industry
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
