Job Description
- Monitor and review project performance to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing project management processes.
- Develop and standardize best practices for project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee resource allocation and utilization across projects.
- Ensure that project teams are appropriately staffed and supported.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are understood and managed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management or PMO role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Relevant Cretifications like PMP, ITIL are preferred.
