Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A customer-focused attitude and the ability to handle inquiries empathetically
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
