• Implement new equipment and enhance existing ones through modifications and continuous improvement.
• Develop, standardize, and optimize processes across various skilled areas within the organization.
• Manage projects, meet stakeholder expectations, and provide technical reports.
• Engage directly with customers to guide, influence, and manage expectations.
• Provide practical and theoretical support to plant, operational, and quality teams.
• Create and maintain documentation including control plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, manufacturing Bill of Materials, and stage drawings.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with advancements in the battery industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Education: Degree or equivalent (HNC/HND) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office suite.
• Candidates with relevant engineering experience will be considered even without formal qualifications.
