Job Description

Rappi is the Latin-America delivery super-app that sells and delivers anything a customer needs in less than 60 minutes, whether customers want restaurant food, groceries, pharmacy, liquor, e-commerce or deliveries in <10 mins. Our product is currently offered in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay and Costa Rica.

As a Product Manager for the Retail Catalog team, you will be responsible for the foundations that support our business and enable the implementation on most of our most important projects.

With your engineering leader, you will be responsible for defining the quarterly strategy for your squad and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap. Tasks will include ensuring the team follows a proper product discovery process, managing the delivery of the product to market and acting as the internal leader of the product within Rappi.

In addition to your team’s specific accountabilities, you will play an important role in building the Product organization as a whole. We have a continual growth and evolution mindset and expect to be better as a team every week.

This is a role for you if you love the reality of driving huge impacts across a major business (and all of Latam!) and thrive under the “always on” pressure and growth opportunity (trust us, there’s lots of opportunity!) of a hyperscaling technology and operations company.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the definition of the quarterly product strategy and make sure your team believes in it.
  • Ensure the team follows a proper product discovery process, including quantitative and qualitative user research and industry benchmarking.
  • Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.
  • Implement measurement frameworks (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work.
  • Develop and execute strong “go-to-market” strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • 3-5 years in Product Management with experience with product discovery, planning, and technical delivery (eg. scrum/agile).
  • Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required), and Portuguese (advantage).
  • Experience in an e-commerce or catalog-related area is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions are highly desirable).

If you’re ready to join a dynamic team and help drive e-commerce innovation in Latin America, we invite you to apply and be a part of our journey!
