Program Coordinator – (Onsite / Hybrid Mix)
Comp: £40,000 – £47,000
As a Program Coordinator, you will work with the next amazing batch of startups as they grow from early-stage to venture-backed companies. You will have the opportunity to support companies throughout our 13-week accelerator programs while working alongside the Techstars Program team and many of our program partners. You will work directly with the founders and support the overall execution of the accelerator.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the organization and execution of Accelerator programs such as Mentor Office Hours and Demo Day through administrative duties and operational execution.
- Plan, coordinate and support in-person and virtual events
- Engage with Techstars founders and plan activities, meetings and events that drive them toward success
- Support with calendar management for mentors, partners, founders and general programming
- Leverage tools like Asana, Airtable, Notion, Hubspot, Slack, Zapier, and Salesforce to capture program data, organize events and manage projects.
- Develop scalable processes for the accelerator team to optimize remote founder work and activities.
- Deliver a best-in-class accelerator experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors and other stakeholders, capture and analyze net promoter scores to improve future outcomes.
- Represent Techstars in the local community and ecosystem and a brand ambassador.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work in person out of the office Monday through Friday when the program is running
- A passion for early-stage venture-backed companies.
- Desire to see success in the start-up ecosystem
- Experience with event planning and logistics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accomplish a task with a thorough and precise focus on every component of the project
- Skilled at building efficient operational systems, and always interested in finding innovative ways to improve processes.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to accurately convey the backgrounds and interests of founders, partners and the organization.
- A high level of professionalism and ability to connect with others to build positive relationships and be a true team player while maintaining our “Founder First” mentality.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while simultaneously managing multiple projects and initiatives.
