Our client, a CRO agency, is currently opening a branch in Bulgaria. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Project and task management: From assigning tasks and tracking progress, to keeping the team connected and meeting deadlines.
• Team coordination: Manage and align our CRO, Design, and Development teams to achieve goals.
• Client communication and reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on projects and A/B test results.
• SOPs and processes: Develop, document, and maintain SOPs. Continuously optimize processes to improve team productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• ClickUp Proficiency: Excellent using ClickUp for task management and documentation.
• Project and Team Management: Great at organizing projects and keeping the team aligned.
• Strong Communicator: Comfortable communicating with clients and team members, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
• Organize, Adaptable, Reliable: Highly dependable, strong ability to prioritize work and maintain order in a fast-paced enviroment and tight deadlines.
• Agency Experience: Worked in a web development or CRO agency before.
• eCommerce Experience (bonus): If you are knowledgeable in eCommerce, that is a plus!
• Must be a Bulgarian Citizen based in Bulgaria. This is mandatory.
