What do we expect from you?

At the strategic level, we expect you to:
- Maintain high efficiency in the overall project execution.
- Align with the client’s business goals and translate them to the project team.
- Develop strong client relationships.
- Utilise the potential to upscale client partnerships.
- Ensure long-term profitability of projects.
At an operational level, we expect you to:
- Plan capacity and resources based on the project requirements.
- Process a requirement from its most basic raw nature into a full-blown solution with the help of the project team.
- Work with the project team to scope, plan, estimate, execute and release the project deliverables.
- Organise and lead planning, review and retro meetings with the project team.
- Communicate with the client as required.
- Maintain a clear channel of communication where all stakeholders are always informed of relevant project details.
- Organise different project spaces for documentation, communication and project execution. The tools we currently use are:
- Notion/ClickUp for documentation
- Slack for communication
- Jira/ClickUp for project execution
- Support the project team by ensuring that the team’s basic needs to deliver the project are always met.
- Review project progress and essential project metrics to address the impediments inferred.
As a leader, we expect you to:
- Develop a strong rapport with your project team members.
- Set clear goals and expectations with the project team members.
- Keep the team morale high in challenging times.
What do you need to have?
We are small on credentials. We spend little time looking for an MBA or graduating from a prestigious university. We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here.
