In Summary:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to ensure that all projects assigned to them are delivered on time, within scope and involving all relevant internal stakeholders.

The Job:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope definition, project planning, resource forecasting and organization, budgeting, and scheduling timelines.
  • Reporting to our Delivery team and other stakeholders on the delivery of various projects and report creation.
  • Ensuring resources and skills are allocated between projects within the Agile framework and other non-technical aspects.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities across projects to ensure their successful outcome.
  • Planning the project governance, quality assurance and supportive tools.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitating communications and collaborations between internal and external stakeholders including third parties.
  • Measure project performance, proactively monitor the progress of projects, and problem-solving when needed.
  • Conducting other activities and intervening when gaps are identified.

What you already have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and internal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical parties.
  • Previous experience managing Agile projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
  • Good understanding of change, risk, and quality management.

 Nice to have:

  • Experience launching into new markets.
  • Experience within iGaming.
  • Experience managing US-based projects.
