We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialized expertise in conversational design and experience with platforms such as Kore.ai or MS Copilot. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating AI-driven solutions across our organization to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

What you will do

• AI strategy integration: Continuously align with business unit roadmaps and integrate them into a comprehensive, company-wide AI strategy to ensure seamless synergy across different initiatives.
• Implementation and delivery: Work closely with business units and technical teams to facilitate the implementation and delivery of AI-driven products tailored to their specific operational needs.
• Platform ownership: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Conversational AI platform and take responsibility for its successful deployment and operation.
• Expertise and leadership: Lead the onboarding process, empower teams with the necessary knowledge and tools for a successful deployment, and ensure optimal functioning of AI implementations.
• Support and solutions: Offer continuous support, solutions, and assistance with technical challenges to ensure optimal functioning of the AI implementations.
• Relationship management: Manage relationships with technical providers, especially with Conversational AI platform providers, to ensure that services meet the company’s standards and strategic goals.
• Training and development: Develop and deliver training programs; share best practices and insights to improve teams’ competency and effectiveness in using AI technologies.

What you need for this

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the domain of conversational design.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Kore.ai or MS Copilot.
• Strong understanding of AI strategies and their implementation in business processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage relationships with technical providers and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Experience in developing training programs and enhancing team capabilities.
• Ability to systematically capture business requirements and break them down into simple, logical, and manageable activities. You also understand the value and cost drivers in a business and can identify new opportunities to increase revenue, productivity, and efficiency.
• Good organizational skills and your proactive “can-do” attitude, you round off your profile.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English skills.
• A degree in business (or similar) and relevant education and training.
