Experience with blockchain technology is a bonus, as we explore its potential in future gaming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent for various roles within Supernova Games, including developers, designers, artists, and other key positions.
• Industry Networking: Leverage your extensive network within the gaming industry to source candidates and stay updated on industry trends and talent movements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Blockchain Recruitment: While not required, experience in recruiting talent with blockchain expertise is highly desirable as we explore new technologies in gaming.
• Market Analysis: Keep track of the competition in the gaming industry and offer insights to improve our hiring strategies.
