The Role:
We are looking to add a Recruiter to our team, to recruit speakers for our events! The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and organized, and have impeccable relationship building skills. If you are a self starter who enjoys collaborating with teammates on strategic projects, this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
- Contact potential speakers to get them interested in weekly event and conference opportunities with Product School
- Facilitate a smooth speaker experience from first contact through event execution and conclusion
- Build long-lasting speaker relationships with the goal of having them speaking at multiple events
- Communicate with other teams in case of an event change, or speaker cancellation
- Work with other team members to effectively manage our events calendar
- Utilize superb planning skills to find the best speaker fit for various events
- Partner with our B2B team to support sponsorship initiatives
This role could be a good fit for you if:
- You’re a bilingual speaker, fluent in English language
- You have 1+ years of recruiting experience, 1+ years of account management or sales experience is desirable.
- You’ve been told you have a strong eye for detail and are extremely organized
- You thrive on growing your network and have been called natural relationship builder
- You’re a self-starter, who loves chasing targets to achieve your goals
- You enjoy collaborating with others to work on strategic projects
- You are familiar with Product Management as a discipline
