About The Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator based out of New York City to own the global Mixpanel candidate experience. Are you friendly, persistent, detail-oriented, and organized? Do you enjoy identifying areas for improvement and creating a world-class experience? If yes, this role is for you! You will be a strong communicator who thrives on building high-touch relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. You will be the oil that keeps the Talent organization’s engine running smoothly, efficiently, and seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Create an exceptional, high-touch, “best in class” candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Schedule a high volume of interviews while working with multiple time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have all necessary information.
  • Manage communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Diligently drive the interview process forward across dozens of candidates per day.
  • Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate statuses, and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the ATS and support improvements to system efficiency.
  • Welcome candidates to Mixpanel, shepherd them through their virtual onsite interview, and handle last-minute issues.
  • Help scale and iterate on recruiting operations and processes to keep up with our hiring goals.
  • Build and document new recruiting coordination processes as needed.
  • Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, referral program development, and ad-hoc projects.

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors. If you have questions about the specific range, your recruiter can share this information.
