Reward Analyst, Total Rewards, Insulet Global Business Services – Mexico
Responsibilities
Position Overview
Support the Director, Total Rewards – IGBS and Director, Total Rewards – International in the development and execution of a comprehensive reward service for Insulet Global Business Services which is aligned with Insulet’s overarching goals, market-competitive and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Reward Operations
Responsible for daily management of Total Rewards, including timely resolution of benefits and compensation inquiries. Act as first-point of contact for benefits vendors and brokers, and for complex queries escalated from HR Ops and the business, responding to queries directly or by reference to other SMEs and providers. Support the wider HR team in resolving complex issues and disputes. Perform data reconciliations, investigates differences and implement remediation.
Assist with compensation and benefits analysis, budgeting and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of reward programmes for IGBS. Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness and trends.
Support compliance activities, employee communications and coordination of associated data collection.
Provide local support for the Manager, Global Mobility in administering IGBS expats and business travellers.
Annual Cycle
Support the planning, budgeting, coordination and delivery of annual reward events for IGBS, including pay reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals. Partner with colleagues in HR Operations and Advisory to map processes and ensure flawless execution.
Support negotiations with new and existing (renewing) brokers and providers, and ensure the smooth onboarding of new benefit vendors.
Compensation Management
Support management of the compensation framework for IGBS. This includes managing job evaluations, benchmarking activities, and developing salary guidance and ranges in a fast-paced operational environment. (Aon/Radford, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson salary surveys).
Talent Attraction, Engagement and Retention
Support initiatives to market and showcase IGBS’s benefits in support of talent attraction and retention, including employee communications and events that highlight the unique and competitive aspects of our benefits package. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to integrate benefits communication into employer branding, underscoring the organization’s commitment to employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
Maintaining Compensation and Benefits Data in HRIS
Liaise with HRIS on Workday development and exploitation in support of IGBS reward operations.
Collaborate closely with HR Ops and HRIS to ensure that IGBS comp & ben data in Workday is accurate and current. This involves regular reviews and audits of the data, as well as prompt resolution of any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Supporting Reward Policy Development and Projects
Support the development and evolution of policies, guidelines and other key documents in all areas of reward for IGBS (pay, incentives, benefits and employee services, expense allowances, and terms and conditions of employment).
Support reward-related projects and workstreams for IGBS as required.
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification
Experience operating and supporting international compensation and benefits programs
At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources within public company environments with exposure to most or all of: salary management, incentive compensation, employee benefit plans and HR policy writing.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience with Contact Centre reward and incentives
Ability to partner with HR colleagues and managers in delivering Total Rewards programmes
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to explain Reward concepts and issues to employees, managers and non-Reward specialists within HR.
Competent in benchmarking and job evaluation. Experience with Aon-Radford, Mercer and WillisTowersWatson surveys and methodologies particularly desirable.
Ability to work independently to solution routine reward issues and queries, and to collaborate with colleagues on more complex issues.
Knowledge, experience and/or qualifications in employee relations, employment law and/or payroll
Compensation, benefits, job evaluation and/or HR certifications desirable.
