About the team:

Companies around the world are already using Goodnotes for productivity and collaboration at work. You will join our brand-new Enterprise team distributed team across Europe and Asia focusing specifically our Enterprise offering. You will work alongside other Sales and Account Managers, as well as Engineers and Designers to help build and improve our new Enterprise features. 

About the role:

As an account executive working on the Enterprise team at Goodnotes, you will have the chance to work in an untapped market and help shape our enterprise team.  This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Identify and develop new potential accounts by educating clients about how they can increase their team’s collaboration and productivity with Goodnotes
  • Cold-calling & Social selling potential customers, prospecting for accounts, generating and following leads
  • Closing contracts and extending accounts
  • Run product demonstrations, teaching clients about all relevant features, technical requirements & services, helping clients understand how Goodnotes works 
  • After sales engagement & support, working closely with clients to understand their pain points and goals & developing effective solutions to their problems
  • Cross – & Up-selling for existing accounts
  • Keeping organized records and tracking progress toward business goals and quotas using Hubspot CRM
  • Provide world-class service to the accounts you manage 
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in sales at a fast-growing scale-up
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in current and previous positions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations
  • Positive attitude and openness to new ideas and perspectives
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and possesses a proactive mindset
  • Proficient at navigating ambiguous situations and finding innovative solutions
  • Problem-solving & decision making skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication. Fluency in written and spoken Japanese is a must
  • Deep understanding of business sales processes
  • Hubspot CRM software
  • Negotiation skills
