Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify and nurture potential clients, generate qualified leads, and manage key accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, cold email, and other creative methods.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to engage prospects.
• Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline using our CRM system.
• Nurture relationships with prospects and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the closing process.
• Analyze lead generation metrics and provide insights to improve strategies.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or account management roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of the recruitment or HR technology industry is a plus
