Overview

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The ideal candidate will possess good language skills in French, and at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish). As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing meaningful relationships with potential clients across French, Nordic, and META-speaking regions.

You will report into Manager of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct inbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients within the French, Nordic, and META markets
  • You will engage with prospects via phone, email, and Linkedin to introduce our products/services and generate interest
  • You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies tailored to French, Nordic, and META-speaking audiences
  • You will maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM software.
  • You will provide detailed feedback to the sales team to enhance sales processes and improve lead conversion rates
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position our offerings

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is essential
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software
