Work Schedule: Monday – Friday / 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (EST – Availability as needed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with potential and existing customers, and supporting the sales team by setting appointments and managing data. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s sales efforts and ensuring a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Customer Outreach: Engage with current, former, and prospective customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Data Management: Accurately record and manage all lead and customer information in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales development or customer outreach is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with RingCentral, Helpwise, and CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with diverse customer groups and build strong relationships.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in coaching or training soccer, or a background in engaging with parents, particularly mothers, in a consumer service setting.
