About the Role:
We are looking for a Remote Sales Facilitator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing incoming leads, producing quotations and proposals, and following up on all deals. Your tenacity and excellent communication skills will help drive our sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, prioritize, and scope out incoming leads.
- Create accurate and compelling quotations and proposals.
- Follow up persistently on all deals to ensure progression.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Track and report on lead status and sales progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Work in Sydney time Zone – 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
- Proven experience in a similar role in a B2B company.
- Clear understanding of the sales process.
- Knowledge of using Accounting tools such as Xero or MYOB.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
