Job Description

Position: Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm PST

Salary: USD 2,000/month

Tasks:

1. Market Expansion: Identify and target potential accounts that do not currently carry our cocktail mixers, generating leads for our distributor network.

2. Client Re-engagement: Reach out to and re-engage accounts that have stopped carrying our products, understand their concerns, and negotiate possible re-listing.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts by providing updates on new products, sales, and promotional activities.

4. Market Research: Research and identify new market opportunities, including potential clients in different segments or geographic areas.

5. Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop sales strategies and materials tailored to our market and product line.

6. Performance Tracking: Track sales data and strive to meet or exceed specified sales targets, adjusting strategies as necessary for market success.

7. Feedback for Improvement: Provide insightful feedback from the market to assist in future product development and marketing strategies.

8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain a positive business image.

9. Account Management: Develop and maintain efficient account management processes and records using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.

10. Reporting: Regularly generate and submit sales reports and analyses to management, highlighting successes, opportunities, and recommendations for improving sales performance.

Requirements

● Proven sales development and market research experience.

● Sales experience in the beverage or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a big plus.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent spoken and written English.

● Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work 9am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time
