BlackStone eIT is a leading provider of computer software solutions, specializing in SAP FICO. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing and leading a team of SAP FICO consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing direction and guidance
• Oversee the implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP FICO
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and functionality
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP FICO projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• SAP FICO certification is a plus
