About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Amazon Growth Manager to join our team. As a Senior Amazon Growth Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating opportunities for US-based merchants selling on Amazon to expand into international marketplaces.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Evaluate US-based merchants’ Amazon presence and identify potential opportunities for expansion into international marketplaces.
• Conduct thorough analyses of organic search trends, keyword strategies, and estimated market capture in target international markets.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize merchants’ presence and performance on international Amazon marketplaces.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on performance metrics and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, preferably in an Amazon-related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Amazon accounts and driving growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Helium10, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
