About the role
Based in our GCC Hubs, the ERP Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon’s Tech strategy towards delivering changes to our critical SAP ERP landscapes. The team comprises of inhouse and outsources resources and work together in delivering SAP Technical and Functional changes that enable Haleon to meet our Consumer’s needs.
Role Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Stakeholders to gain insights, directions and requirements to Plan, Execute and Monitor multiple Engagements pertaining to value addition to Business, Risk and Compliance Operations.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders/cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope & optimize processes.
Develop a product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders aligned with the broader Tech strategy and wider business objectives.
Translate business requirements into specific technical solutions in order to support configuration and custom development where required, aligned with the global template and broader Tech strategy.
Work on all phases of development, demonstrating a good understanding of business functions. Configure, test, implement, and support SAP modules.
Facilitates regular communication with other Tech specialists and solution architects to develop and implement complex technology and business solutions.
Represent and explain any proposed Tech solutions in various governance forums, eg Architecture Board , Change Control Board.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date process documentation.

Hands on experience in deploying at least 2 full Lifecyle SAP implementations in any of the below modules-
APO
MM WM
OTC
Finance modules : FSCM, TRM, AP, VIM/AP, FICO
Workday
Demonstrated breadth of knowledge and solution delivery experience across the end-to-end process and its integration with other processes
Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand the business needs and priorities, lead requirement gathering and analysis, and design solutions leveraging appropriate tools and platforms.
Ability to independently solve problem, where necessary working in collaboration with other product owners, solution architects and domain experts to find an architectural design that achieves business objectives.
Ability to communicate on deep technical terminology as well as business level and to translate between them.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups
Dynamic, flexible, team player and results-driven
SAP certification in respective module preferred.

SAP – APO : Incumbent will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing business efficiency.This person should have expertise in SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Global Available to Promise (GATP), so as to drive successful implementations and improvements.The APO SNP DP expert would have the primary responsibility of managing the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and High Level Procurement activities. He/She will act as a catalyst between IT, Regional Planning team and Global Planning team to drive the operational plan with minimal errors. He/she should be able to address complex planning scenarios related to demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling. He /She should have experience in creation of APO Architecture of integration, selection and transfer of master data as initial data transfer and change transfer with corresponding Customizing settings.
SAP – MM/WM : Incumbentwill play a critical role in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing business efficiency.This person should have expertise in SAP MM and WM modules, including Labelling so as to drive successful implementations and improvements. He/She will be responsible for delivering SAP MM and WM solutions to optimize warehouse operations . He/She should be able to address complex supply chain scenarios related to materials planning , warehousing and shipping. He /She should have deep expertise in SAP MM and WM modules along with a strong understanding of Supply chain processes.
Order to Cash : Incumbent is a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP SD and SAP TPM. The ERP Analyst Order to Cash speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Sales and Technology domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of invoice management and payments. The ERP Analyst Order to Cash requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes.
Workday : Incumbentis a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of our Workday Platform. The Analyst Workday speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in the HR domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of Performance, Talent and Compensation management. The Analyst Workday requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes.
FSCM : Incumbentis a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP General ledger, Asset accounting, Project Systems processes globally. The role requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills such as SAP FICO, AP , AR, GL, Asset , PS knowledge, solution design, change management, product management and more. The ERP Senior Analyst FSCM speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Finance and Technology domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of invoice management and payments. The ERP Senior Analyst FSCM requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes.
VIM / Accounts Payable : Incumbent is a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP Accounts Payable and Invoice Management processes globally. The role requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills such as SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management configuration (VIM), solution design, change management, product management and more. The ERP Senior Analyst VIM / AP speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Finance and Technology domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of invoice management and payments. The ERP Senior Analyst VIM / AP requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes.
FICO : Incumbent is a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP Consolidation and ICT processes globally. The role requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills such as consolidation process,ICT, BW, financial reporting , solution design, change management, product management and more. The ERP Senior Analyst FICO speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Finance and Technology domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of Treasury. The ERP Senior Analyst TRM requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes.
Treasury and Tax ( TRM ) : Incumbent is a member of the ERP ACC organization and is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP Treasury and Risk Management and Tax module processes globally. The role requires a broad range of multi-disciplinary skills such as Treasury, Cash management , solution design, change management, product management and more. The ERP Senior Analyst TRM and Tax speaks with authority on their suite of solutions and provides specialist professional and technical advice to senior leaders in both Finance and Technology domains, and provides input into strategic decisions for the solution area of Treasury. The ERP Senior Analyst TRM requires both technical and interpersonal skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes.
