*This is a full time, fully remote role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our job-matching recommendation system.
• Improve the productivity of internal processes through advanced AI tools.
• Define key performance metrics to measure project success and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines to process and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, product managers, and software developers, to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM and machine learning, and apply these to improve our systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the data science and machine learning field; experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and recommendation systems is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience in utilizing large language models and integrating them into existing systems to solve complex business problems.
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, experience in building ETL pipelines; and familiarity with Airflow and DBT is plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• ML/AI Production: Experience in deploying and serving ML/AI solutions.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Data Engineering: Experience with Airflow and DBT.

Annual salary range: NT$1.3M~1.8M
