How you’ll add value

The Senior Employee Experience Manager is responsible for designing and building a world-class Associate Experience model for Paycor. This role will design and champion programs to bring Paycor’s mission, vision, and guiding principles to life in a virtual environment. This role will work with organizational leaders to create an engaging employment brand, a continuous Associate feedback approach, and a recognition program that supports and advances Paycor’s culture.

The Senior Employee Experience Manager is a team player, creative thinker, and proactive practitioner who can effectively deliver on desired business outcomes. This critical role will focus on alignment, feedback and engagement across Paycor. This role must be passionate about Paycor’s product, culture, and its Associates.

Duties and Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as owner and facilitator of key Associate Experience milestones such as new hire onboarding.
  • Produce scalable programming to reinforce the mission, vision, strategy and Guiding Principles of Paycor.
  • Partner with Marketing and internal stakeholders on leading the development and execution of Paycor’s EVP / employment brand strategy – including Glassdoor.
  • Partner with business leaders and members of the People team to plan and execute company-wide employee engagement initiatives to stimulate recognition and engagement in a virtual environment, such as Paycor’s annual, all-employee culture event
  • Build and maintain Associate recognition programs and events to drive company performance and sense of community.
  • Build and execute an ongoing Associate feedback & listening strategy including surveys and periodic focus groups; coordinate results dissemination and facilitate action efforts.
  • Drive connection in virtual first model by developing and maintaining initiatives that facilitate networking inside Paycor, inclusive of coffee talks and a network of culture ambassadors
  • Support People team leadership as a thought leader and executor on programming related to the Associate experience, including planning of the bi-annual People team meeting
  • Support the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader in building an inclusive culture and employee experience which motivates and inspires Associates.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in employee experience, engagement and communications.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to independently prioritize as needed to the shifting demands of the organization.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across functions and levels
  • Self-starter, creative with a passion for Associate experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual’s relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, $74,380 – $126,984 Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
