Responsibilities
  • Lead Web Application Development: Design, build, and oversee complex web applications using ReactJS and Typescript, ensuring high-quality and efficient code.
  • Solve Advanced UX Challenges: Tackle complex UX issues, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • Optimize UI Performance: Continuously improve the speed and responsiveness of the user interface, ensuring it works well on all devices.
  • Enhance Development Tools: Create and improve tools that make development and testing faster and more efficient, promoting best practices.
  • Evaluate and Implement New Technologies: Research, recommend, and implement new technologies that fit project needs and business goals.
  • Mentor Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and improve their work.
Requirements
  • Expert in Typescript and ReactJS: Strong skills in Typescript and ReactJS, with deep knowledge of modern front-end development.
  • Relevant Education or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Programming and Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced understanding of programming and problem-solving, with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
  • Leadership in Code Quality: Committed to high code standards, with experience in code reviews and technical decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication: Able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
