Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Reports to: Head of Engineering
Location: Fully remote (European timezone)

Responsibilities:

• Enhance existing features and develop new ones for the product.
• Research innovative solutions to improve speed, security, and overall product quality.
• Provide accurate time estimates and technical feasibility assessments for tasks.
• Ensure high-quality, stable, and readable code implementation.
• Act as a coach and role model for peers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Take full ownership of products, managing their evolution and specific features.
• Approach technical projects with a long-term perspective.
• Maintain and advance technical skills, addressing problems and architecting solutions for new features.
• Participate in defining, developing, and governing processes while adhering to established guidelines.
• Engage in calm, logical discussions within the team, promoting respectful communication.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in NextJS, React, Typescript, Websockets, NodeJS, Express, Postgres, Solidity, Smart Contracts, and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of cryptography and hashing algorithms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset.
• A natural inclination for responsibility and ownership, capable of making technical decisions and fixing issues promptly.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI for responsive web development.
• Familiarity with essential tools such as GIT, SSH, NPM/Yarn, Webpack, and JIRA.
• Experience working with RESTful JSON APIs.
• Knowledge of Figma, Kubernetes, and AWS is a plus.
