  • Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
  • Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
  • Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

We’re looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to be a strategic partner to our Client Experience business unit, providing leadership and guidance on all human resource matters. This role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, managers, and employees, aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner drives organizational effectiveness through talent management, employee engagement, change management, and serving as an employee advocate.

This is a strategic HR leadership role that combines expert HR knowledge with a deep understanding of the business. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner dedicated to driving business results through people practices.

As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders across the organization to deeply understand their strategies, priorities, challenges, and talent needs. You will leverage this knowledge to shape HR strategy, solutions, and priorities that drive business objectives and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and innovative HR solutions to support organizational goals related to talent management, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, change management, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and coaching managers on effective employee relations practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies, identifying and mitigating HR-related risks, and implementing proactive measures to maintain legal and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, develop people strategies aligned with business goals, and recommend talent solutions that address organizational improvement opportunities
  • Develop and execute HR initiatives in collaboration with HR leadership and cross-functional teams, focusing on areas such as compensation planning, talent acquisition, operations, compliance, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
  • Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing effective change management strategies, communicating changes, addressing concerns, and minimizing disruptions
  • Provide coaching to leaders, enhancing their management and leadership abilities, fostering positive relationships among teams and individuals, and supporting their professional growth
  • Participate in and leading succession planning, talent development, and retention initiatives to ensure a robust leadership pipeline and address talent gaps
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, and aligning organizational strategy accordingly
  • Collaborate with HR operations to execute annual programs such as goal-setting and performance management
  • Serve as a resource for managers and employees, providing HR guidance and coaching when appropriate

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational drivers and need
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting skills
  • Ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, policies, and best practices
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
  • Demonstrated skills in change management, employee relations, and talent management
  • Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience leading and implementing organizational change initiatives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute talent management strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
