What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end loan processing and administration within the Australian Mortgage Broking industry.
• Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
• Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc.

Must to Have:

• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering

What will you do?

• Handle, analyze and prepare client loan applications.
• Distribute documents such as ‘Hello’ Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find
• Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests.
• Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find
• Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature
• Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen)
• Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online
