Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Canvas App development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building robust and scalable Canvas Apps using Dataverse as the back-end. A deep understanding of Dataverse security best practices is essential to ensure data integrity and compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Canvas App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Canvas Apps that meet business requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Dataverse Expertise: Leverage Dataverse to create efficient and scalable data models, implement data validation rules, and manage data relationships.
  • Security Best Practices: Ensure data security and compliance by applying appropriate security measures, including role-based access control, data encryption, and data masking.
  • Integration: Integrate Canvas Apps with other systems and applications using Power Automate or other integration tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Canvas App performance, data integrity, and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Canvas App development.

  • In-depth knowledge of Dataverse and its capabilities, including data modeling, data validation, and security.

  • Expertise in developing complex Canvas Apps with custom controls, components, and integrations.

  • Strong understanding of Power Automate and its ability to automate workflows and processes.

  • Experience with Power BI and its integration with Canvas Apps for data visualization and reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform development.

  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Dynamics 365.

  • Knowledge of low-code development platforms and methodologies.
