The Role

We are looking for an individual who can help us build and develop programs that will facilitate our scaling efforts. This role requires a visionary approach to creating scalable solutions that transcend traditional project management. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.

You will play a crucial part in enhancing the largest side (over 50k users) of our Marketplace: our B2C side –  the students; our “Talents”. In this role, you’ll focus on broader outcomes that span the entire Talent (B2C) lifecycle, rather than on department-specific KPIs. 

By centralizing efforts under your leadership, Zenjob ensures strategic alignment across departments, optimizing both talent (B2C) satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

Finally, you’ll collaborate closely with our CEO, Fritz Trott, and report directly to Jayant Sharma, our Director of Marketplace Strategy.

This position is an individual contributor role, empowered by senior leadership to lead and drive the launch of new programs.

Your role in our team

  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership:
    • Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of cross-functional projects focused on enhancing the B2C user experience and improving lifecycle metrics.
    • Collaborate with various teams including product, operations, marketing, and partnerships to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Scalable Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing team and help develop and drive innovative programs and partnerships to enhance scalable acquisition strategies for our student users.
  • B2C Talent Lifecycle Enhancement:
    • Focus on improving broader outcomes that span the entire B2C Talent lifecycle rather than departmental-specific KPIs.
    • Enhance key metrics such as shifts per talent, lifetime value, conversion rates, retention rates, and net promoter scores.
  • KPI Alignment and Improvement:
    • Work cross-functionally to drive projects that align with strategic objectives and improve talent-related KPIs.
    • Analyze data and feedback to continuously refine and improve user experience and engagement strategies.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business consultancy or project management, with a robust background in operational optimization and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional project management skills, preferably with familiarity in using Asana.
  • Strong analytical acumen and data literacy, with a preference for experience in Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects without direct ownership of departmental KPIs.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • A decisive and resilient personality, adept at navigating complex challenges and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • A high level of curiosity and an innovative mindset.
