About This Role

We’re in search of a Senior Data Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll utilize your advanced SQL and Tableau skills to manage and groom GTM data for strategic analysis, ensuring our data-driven decision-making aligns with organizational goals. You’ll be responsible for developing SQL queries, maintaining Tableau dashboards, and conducting complex data analyses. This key position ensures the integrity and accuracy of our GTM databases, directly supporting our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation to support strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for real-time tracking of GTM metrics.
  • Perform complex data analysis to inform GTM strategy and operational adjustments.
  • Ensure database integrity and collaborate with the data team on data governance practices.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Analyze churn data to identify root causes and develop strategies to prevent future churn.
  • Oversee field management to ensure ideal collection of data for desired insight outcomes.
  • Comprehensive Data Frameworks and Reporting:
  • Site and Multi-Attribution Reporting: Develop and maintain site-specific (GTM/Google Analytics) and account-based data frameworks for comprehensive multi-attribution reporting.
  • Campaign effectiveness: Create and manage LTV:CAC and investment/campaign performance analysis.
  • Data Enrichment: Enrich prospecting databases with 3rd party data, web scraping, and opportunity mining techniques.
  • Customer Database Management: Define, build, and manage a dynamic customer database to generate actionable insights using tools like Gong, and integrating various data sources including email interactions, sales rep activities, product feedback, customer feedback from surveys, product usage data, third-party data, and partner information.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct product and market research and perform performance and gap analyses to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
  • Hypothesis Testing: Employ statistical methods to test hypotheses and validate data-driven strategies to enhance GTM effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in a data-driven decision-making environment.
  • Statistical Analysis and Predictive Analytics background
  • Experience in revenue operations and familiarity with GTM strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
