Job Description

What will you do? (The role)

  • Own our GTM technology stack and strategy.
  • Operate account distribution and lead sourcing technology and processes.
  • Own, implement and support critical revenue systems such as Dealhub CPQ, Salesforce, Goodfit, Planhat, Count, Tableau and their interaction with our internal platform.
  • Work cross functionally to enable new GTM strategies, launch new products and harmonise our GTM function.
  • Own our GTM technology budgets, negotiations and renegotiations with suppliers.
  • Own our GTM reporting and enable GTM leaders and wider team members to self-serve their own reports.
  • Own and execute various comp plans for GTM teams including initial calculations, alignment with financial plans, creation of personalised calculators and documentation and communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the GTM Leadership Team.

  • Building new technical processes from scratch and finding ways to optimise and automate.
  • Documentation, enablement and cross-functional working.
  • Communicating effectively and advising leadership teams, coupled with a track record of skillfully navigating negotiation discussions
  • Finding ways to simplify complexity and taking a ‘user journey’ perspective.

  • Hands on experience with Dealhub,, Salesforce, Planhat, Count and Tableau.
  • Experience working in a remote, cross functional environment, interacting with Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Legal and other stakeholders.
  • Experience finding new, innovative ways to identify and target new prospects, customer profiles and segments
