Job Purpose and Overview

You’ll work with the Document Management team. We provide collaboration and agile solutions to organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500’s. Our products, including the award-winning app Comala Document Management, enhance teamwork for thousands of businesses across the world.

What You Will Do

  • Work on some of the top apps for Atlassian Confluence
  • Fix defects, write automated tests and keep the high quality of the codebase
  • Work independently and as part of our team
  • Follow the best engineering practices: automated testing, code reviews, pair programming
  • Integrate and use tools like Amplitude, LogRocket and Pendo to drive data-driven decision making and optimize user experiences.
  • Implement A/B tests and feature flags to experiment with and validate growth hypotheses.

What We Would Like to See

  • 6+ years’ experience as a software developer
  • Experience as a frontend developer with Javascript or similar languages/technologies
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of technologies, including but not limited to React, Node.js, Typescript, and REST.
  • Any experience with the following technologies is a plus: Heroku, Jenkins, Github, Atlassian tools
  • Passion about programming and want to learn more
  • Understanding of software development
  • Detail orientation
  • Self-driven, self-management skills and efficiency
  • A person with great technical, interpersonal and communication skills
