REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience : 10+ Years
• Must have proven ability in implementing large scale, complex projects in Adobe AEP products RTCDP and AJO is a must have.
• Must have extensive experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Manager.
• Good experience in designing and implementing complex omni-channel experiences including channels such as Email, SMS, Mobile Push, In-App, Direct mail, Web using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Clearly articulate business requirements and translate client needs into Adobe Experience Platform design considerations.
• Provide mentorship to team members and aware of best practices in campaign/Journey development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables; implement and support automation triggered, recurring and ad hoc communications.
• Understand the marketing data specifications and ensure all data is available for the Campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
• Lead the project team on the implementation of the Adobe Experience Platform, keeping in mind the best practices for such solutions.
• Training both internal stakeholders and external clients on usage of the tools, best practices related to the tools and the solutions built around those tools.
• Good to have Adobe CJA, Target, and Analytics experience.
• Adobe Certified Professional & Expert – Adobe Real-Time CDP Business Practitioner.
• Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
