Job Description:

The Zscaler Customer Success team is looking for an experienced Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager to support our growing organization. You have a unique blend of technical, project management skills. Technical background in infrastructure, servers, and experience with Scrum/Agile SDLC is required. You will partner with multiple teams like system engineers, support engineers, IT, collecting and translating user requirements into development plans, and to provide the users with an excellent onboarding experience. This role is preferred onsite in Plano, Texas at least two days a week. (Open to a remote hire) You will report to the VP, Customer Success Strategy Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary product owner for Customer Success tools.
  • Manage and develop activities related to Customer Success tools program such as planning, kick off, management, tracking and closure of projects.
  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, and communication.
  • Develop processes, program templates and documentation.
  • Provides cross-functional coordination and team communications.
  • Develop & run sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.
  • Provide management level visibility and reporting on project statuses and risk.
  • Serve as point of contact for project associated status and information.
  • Use Operation information systems and update them. Use project management tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc)

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in software development preferably with SaaS products.
  • Experience managing details, time, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated to learn. Takes ownership and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • 5+ years of working with scrum/Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or Business
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of customer success and support practices including diagnostics and supportability
