The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.
  • Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.
  • Being able to see the big picture, but still, roll up your sleeves and dig into the problem to execute towards the client’s project goals.
  • The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They’re there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.
  • Impressive executive presence and communication abilities, passion for technology and being a part of the nationwide, mission-driven, organization. Cross-department collaboration and communication is essential for this position.
  • PST hours are preferable

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in project or program management, stakeholder management, and vendor/client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of AWS concepts, including Shift Left security, automated testing, and hands-on experience with tools such as AWS CodeBuild, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A clear understanding of DevSecOps principles and methodologies
  • Proven experience in leading and guiding software engineering and DevSecOps teams
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex technical projects
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for the team
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of project scope management, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
  • Solid understanding of the technical domain relevant to the project
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are a MUST
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Reporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)
  • Scrum Alliance Certifications such as CSM is needed

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
