Job Description

We are looking for a professional to join our Business Value Consulting team and have a direct, positive impact on sales and client engagements. This is a remote-friendly and hybrid position based in Madrid.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Value Consulting – EMEA South, you will take a hands-on approach in this individual contributor role to working with prospective and existing clients to understand and realize the quantifiable value of implementing Zscaler solutions in their environment. You can use your experience digging into prospects’ pain points and validating the issues they’re facing to become a trusted advisor of the client.

For the position of (Senior) Value Advisor, our team is looking for the following:

What we are looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • You have 6 to 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant or Value practitioner with exposure to cloud technologies
  • You have experience establishing communication and engagement with your team, customers, and C-level executives
  • You have been building compelling business cases, transformative stories and financial benefits models.
  • You have experience running C-Level conversations delivering business cases to client decision-makers, selling ideas and solutions
  • You are okay to travel within region, approximately 20%
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish

  • Work with sales leadership to set priorities, to help determine account plans and sales strategy for important accounts
  • Collaborate with other teams – Sales, Solution Engineering / Architect, Transformation – creating compelling cases for change
  • Lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership teams to understand their vision and goals
  • Build financial models to support customer decisions – quantitative and qualitative analysis – and influence C-level
  • Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement, present multi-year roadmaps, and document the full business case to justify action
  • Identify and lead innovation projects to improve current methods and frameworks, and develop the creation of new expertise – best practices, white papers, financials models, new product value proposition.
