SEO Specialist

We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting franchisees in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for website content, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance.

What you’ll do:

•    Work with multiple franchisees to understand their business goals, target audiences, and local market dynamics

•    Provide guidance and support to franchisees in implementing SEO best practices on their websites

•    Conduct thorough keyword research and analyze results to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry and target audience.

•    Analyze keyword competitiveness and trends to optimize content for search engines.

•    Implement and maintains SEO best practices for URL structure, redirects, and canonical tags

•    Write and design pages optimized for SEO, staying true to branding standards

•    Execute, track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives and campaigns

•    Work with content and marketing teams to drive content creation with SEO

•    Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape

•    Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies

What you bring:

•    Understanding of major search engine algorithms (e.g., Google, Bing) and how they impact search rankings.

•    In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.

•    Ability to identify high-value, relevant keywords for different target audiences.

•    Knowledge of technical SEO aspects, including site speed optimization and mobile optimization.

•    Team player who enjoys collaborating and working with others on a high functioning team

•    Must possess a positive attitude with the ability to build good relationships across the organization and with external partners

•    Ability to influence and effectively interface with others across all levels of an organization

•    Sense of urgency, with the ability to meet goals and deadlines
