Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Operational Resilience and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that ServiceNow implementations align with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, particularly in the areas of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create detailed documentation such as process diagrams, functional specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure that configurations and customizations meet the defined requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring that project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Provide ongoing support during project execution, helping to resolve issues and ensure that solutions are delivered as expected.

Required Experience:

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on IRM and BCM modules, including hands-on experience in configuring and customizing these solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of Operational Resilience and how they can be applied within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to dissect business and regulatory requirements and translate them into precise technical documentation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mind, with the ability to address complex challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience managing relationships with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience ensuring that technical implementations align closely with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and its implications for financial institutions.
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow projects in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules related to risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • ServiceNow certifications, particularly in IRM or other relevant areas.
  • Background in IT risk management, audit, or compliance, particularly within regulated industries.
