Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Full-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics

Maintenance Department is responsible for implementing all predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure all production equipment and tools in good condition .

Responsibility

  • Assists in the management of OH&S and ERP activities on-site and assure the site is in compliant with local and Vestas guidelines, site inductions, take corrective actions on external audits and incidents, update safety documents held on-site
  • Assist Site Supervisor in daily operations, Manage Costs and Coding of Credit Card Transactions, Create PR/PO’s, Order staff equipment, Office Supplies, assist with Site Safety Reporting, Training and ordering of supplies, Document Control, Create and monitor purchase orders/requests, international shipping & receiving and accounting functions pertaining to parts/materials/tools/It Equipment.
  • Adhere to all released planning processes and assist maximize planning performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring site compliance to approved processes; provide SAP fundamental instruction and assist with system problem solving and error processing.
  • Enter and monitor data and oversee site data integrity as measured by performance to key Process Performance Indicators (PPIs). Identify and provide recommendations for planning and SAP process changes to enhance service operational and turbine performance.
  • Administration of materials, tools for the service teams as planned & scheduled and documentation reporting properly.
  • Identification and request for Non-Conformity for materials and tools provided to Warehouse.
  • Material stocks traceable at any time (inventory control including yearly inventory)
  • Safety standards applied in the warehouse/work according to HSE Plan and for warehouse equipment
  • Audit overview for Warehouse equipment under control (roll-up door, E-equipment, racks, ladders etc).
  • First point of contact for subcontractors & handle non-conformities and transport damaged deliveries

Qualifications

  • Good attention to detail and execution growth.
  • High interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels performs as a champion for change management initiatives and the ability to respectfully follow supervision.
  • Good computer operation skills, familiarity with internet-based program navigation, and ability to generate and interpret computer data.

Competencies

  • Ability to read, comprehend and write in English.
  • Ability to successfully participate in all training courses· Comfort working remotely with limited supervisory interaction.
